1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using fck.you, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

fck.you is a social game where users earn points by getting their QR code scanned in real life. We provide QR codes, profiles, scores, leaderboards, messaging, and related features.

3. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for your account activity. One account per person. Don't share your login credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Spoof GPS location or automate scans
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate scores
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Content

You own the content you upload (photos, bio). By uploading, you grant us a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Score & Rewards

Scores decay weekly and can change at any time. Leaderboard positions, badges, and rewards are provided as-is. We reserve the right to modify the scoring system, reset scores, or adjust rewards without notice.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time via the dashboard or by emailing hi@fck.you. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Use at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
